Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
250gm Earth Source Firm Tofu
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Carrots
100gm Snow Peas
2 Broccoli heads chopped
1 Brown Onion chopped
3 tablespoons Spiral Tamari
Handful chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method
- Cube the tofu and marinade in Tamari for half an hour.
- Heat olive oil and lightly brown onions until transparent.
- Add remaining vegetables and stir fry.
- Add tofu and marinade and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve over brown rice or noodles.
